Southern Homes was established on 12th December 2012 at our Vadapalani office by the CHAMPS team.
We stepped into the real estate industry with 14 years of prior experience, with a clear vision to provide quality properties at affordable prices.
Over the years, our company has grown with the support of young entrepreneurs, students, channel partners, and real estate consultants. We strongly encourage channel partners and property consultants to grow together with us.
